JIADABAO warrants that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, JIADABAO will, at our option, either repair or replace any part of our products that prove defective because of improper workmanship or materials. The warranty policy only applies to all devices and accessories that are manufactured by JIADABAO (each, a “Product”) and directly purchased from JIADABAO. If you have purchased the JIADABAO product from any of JIADABAO partners, please contact them directly to apply for the warranty.

In case a major quality problem is found within 15 days from the date of original retail purchase, JIADABAO may at its option replace this product or provide you with an equivalent product. JIADABAO will be responsible for the exchange fees and the freight for sending new ones between distributors.

When the parcel arrives, users or distributors should open it and inspect it immediately. If the damage is found in the package and product, the users or distributors should refuse to sign in or specify the damage on the waybill. Otherwise, JIADABAO has no liability for refunding and replacing the produce. After receiving the damaged product, users or distributors should duly contact JIADABAO or its local distributors for carrier’s compensation, providing documents in a form of digital pictures or video recording. JIADABAO or its local distributors will resend the product as soon as we confirm with the carrier, and ask the carrier to recall the defective product.

a. JIADABAO provides a one-year limited warranty from the date of shipment of the JIADABAO products. During the warranty period, JIADABAO will repair the damaged product for free.
b. Consumable parts such as package, user manual, network cable, handset cable, etc. are not covered by warranty. Users can purchase these parts from JIADABAO.
c. We do not replace or refund any sold product except for the quality problem.

This warranty does not cover damages due to:

a. Misuse, including but not limited to: (a) use of the product for the purpose other than that it is designed for, or failure to follow JIADABAO user guide, and (b) product installation or operation in conditions other than specified by the standards and safety regulations enforced in the country of operation.

b. Product repaired by the unauthorized service provider or personnel or disassembled by users themselves.

c. Accident, fire, water, lighting, improper ventilation and other causes that do not come under JIADABAO control.

d. Defects of the system in which the product is operated.

e. The warranty period has expired. This warranty does not infringe upon the customer’s legal rights given to him/her by the laws currently enforced in his/her country as well as the consumer’s rights toward the dealer arising from the sale contract
